Composition:
All cutting boards are primarily composed of Titanium, with various other alloying elements and impurities that are within acceptable commercial purity guidelines. Slight variations in composition are normal and do not affect the overall performance or intended use of the product.
Safety & Limitation of Liability:
SURFACE22 is not responsible for any damage, injuries or losses that stem from the misuse, mishandling, improper processing or cleaning, or inappropriate application of titanium cutting board or other products distributed by SURFACE22. The user is ultimately responsible for the determination of suitability of this product for their specific needs.
SURFACE22 is not responsible for damage to or from knives of any kind that are used with this product, including but not limited to: damage from wear and tear or regular use on cutting surfaces, or personal damages and injury from using knives.
No products by SURFACE22 are approved by regulatory agencies, including but not limited to: National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products distributed by SURFACE22 not yet approved for use in restaurants.

Except where otherwise determined in writing, no warranties of merchantability, fitness, or performance are issued. Product information, including composition and use, are provided for reference, are subject to variation and change at any time.
